What are Mossy Resources?

Mossy Resources are a collection of useful images, certificates and resources created by Mossy. My main focus is Beaver Scouting, though over the years have expanded the site to cater for all Scout sections.

In many cases the a preview image is shown displaying the Beaver Scout version, with downloads underneath for each section. If you find a certificate which has not yet been converted for your section, give me an email and I’ll see what I can do.

Who is Mossy?

I am Leader from Derby who started helping at my local Beaver Scout Colony meetings around 2002. Whilst I am no longer able to attend weekly meetings, I support in the background with District/County events and resource creation. ‘Mossy’ is my Beaver Scout name taken from The Animals of Farthing Wood by Colin Dann.

I created my first set of Beaver Scout resources as part of a school project and progressed onto developing Scouting resources at Group, District and County level. After the success of a resource CD in 2010, I created this website in 2014 to share my certificates, booklets and images with a wider audience.

The resources are organised by type and can be accessed via the menu above. In addition, an Editable version of the resources are available upon request.
